Shipping and Delivery Terms
Tudo & Mais uses the following shipping methods:
1. International Shipping Products
1.1. Purchase Policy
All products available at Tudo & Mais are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad (Switzerland, the United States, and China) to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery takes 10 to 35 business days (on average after the product is posted), depending on the location. The product is shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation in our system.
Orders placed via bank slip take 1 to 5 days to confirm payment in our system.
We provide a tracking code so customers can track the delivery progress of their order.
Please note: In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few more business days due to delays, strikes, recesses, pandemics, periods of high demand at the Post Office, and other situations beyond our control.
The store guarantees delivery of the order. We are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are misplaced or lost during the delivery process. All products are shipped with loss insurance and free online tracking, ensuring delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.
1.2. Insured Shipping
"If the product is delayed and not delivered within 90 business days of posting, the amount paid will be fully refunded on that date."
Please note: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So, if you receive one product first and then another, don't worry, this is completely normal.
1.3. Order Tracking
Products will be shipped by post or another carrier. There will always be a tracking code that allows the customer to track the delivery progress. Tudo & Mais is committed to providing instructions on how to track their products. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available to Tudo & Mais. More.
The order tracking code is provided 3 to 9 business days after payment confirmation.
The tracking code may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on the postal service website, starting from the date the code was provided.
2. General Conditions (Please Note)
2.1. Order Addressing Care
Tudo & Mais will arrange for the products to be shipped to the address you request. Therefore, to avoid any problems with the delivery of your order, please be careful when entering the address where you wish to receive your order.
2.2. Recipient Absent
Please ensure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Brazilian Postal Service makes three delivery attempts. If no one is at the address to receive the package on any of these attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest post office. In this case, the recipient will be required to pick up the package at the post office within 7 calendar days. If the recipient fails to pick up the package, according to Brazilian Postal Service regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be charged for reshipment.
All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the post office where the recipient should pick up the package in the event of absence, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the Brazilian Postal Service website using the tracking code provided by the store.
2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Tudo & Mais is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete destination addresses for orders placed in the store. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, according to Brazilian Postal Service regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.
If delivery is not successful due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
2.4. Taxed and Charged Products
If any shipping fees or taxes are charged, they will be the responsibility of Tudo & Mais. Rest assured, you only pay the price stated on our website.
