What payment methods do you accept?
For customers in Brazil, we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Amex, and Discover credit cards. If you don't have a credit card, you can generate a payment slip.
I've never purchased from this site. Is it safe?
We pride ourselves on using highly advanced online security systems, protocols, and hosting, exactly the same as those used by major brands like Budweiser, Red Bull, Kylie Cosmetics, and Tesla Motors. When paying, we do not have access to your credit card information. Payment is made through Mercado Pago, a company specializing in secure online payments.
Are you accessible? I'm worried about buying and not being able to contact you later.
Yes, we are. We have clearly explained information about all processes related to purchasing and delivery in various parts of the site, in addition to a specialized and dedicated team to respond to you within 48 business hours.
Can I use more than one discount coupon?
You can only use one discount coupon per purchase. But there's a way to stack discounts! If we're running a seasonal promotion and already-included products are scheduled for a discount, you can combine this with a discount field to get an even bigger discount.
How do I get free shipping?
If your order contains one of the products with "free shipping" in the description, all other products you select will also have free shipping.
ORDER CHANGES
Order changes can be made before the products are shipped, or within an average of 3 business days after purchase. If they've already shipped and the tracking code has already been provided, the products are no longer available and have already left our distribution center, so we can't change any aspect of the order.
I registered with the wrong email address. What do I do?
Just send us an email with the subject "Change details" and provide the correct email address, and we'll take care of it for you! It's important that this email address be one you check frequently, as it's where we'll send you order notifications and exclusive offers!
Can you change the shipping address?
If the products haven't shipped yet, we can! Just send us an email with the subject line "Change Details," and we'll process your request more urgently to change the address before the products are shipped. If you contact us only after the products have shipped, we won't be able to make the change, as we no longer have access to them.

How long does it take to process, prepare, and ship an order?
From the moment we confirm payment, we begin preparing your order. The average time for shipping products and providing tracking information is 3 to 10 business days, and this may vary during holidays and peak shopping periods.
How long will it take to track my order?
The tracking code is provided and sent automatically as soon as the product is shipped, approximately 3 to 10 business days after purchase. The order can be tracked through our Track Your Order page.
If you receive a "not found" message, don't worry! The Brazilian Postal Service (CBR) system takes 5 to 10 days for international tracking codes to be applied. In this case, just wait and try again after a few days.
When will I receive my products?
Since the products are imported, they take between 2 and 6 weeks to reach your address, but our average delivery time is 22 business days.
Is there any risk in shipping? How does your process work?
Delivery is secure and 100% guaranteed. Products are shipped from our distribution centers in Europe, the USA, and Asia. The initial journey is handled by a carrier in the country of origin until it arrives in Brazil. The rest is handled by the Brazilian Postal Service.
